Frequently asked questions.

Who can join?

Anyone! Wether you’re a seasoned FIS racer or just a passionate skier looking for something fun, we have a place for everyone. We would be happy to have you—the more the better.

When is practice?

We are currently receiving input from members on what days/times work best. In the fall, we will host dryland training 1-2 times a week. In the winter, we will most likely train gates 1-2 days and free ski another day. Practices will take place during afternoons/nights during the week, and during the day on weekends. We anticipate hosting practice at our local mountain. Races occur on weekends.

When will we launch?

The goal is to have the team up and running in time for the winter 2024-25 competition season. Lots of work is going on behind the scenes to guarantee that.

How are we funded?

Our student club office (SAO) is tight on funding at the moment. Unfortunately, they cannot fully support us. Therefore, we have turned to the community for funding and sponsorship. We partner with a number of local brands.

What will the social component look like?

We hope to host social events and get-togethers year round. After all, we are a team both on and off the hill.
